February is here..

"Valentines is a made up holiday." "I know mom but still..." "God's timing Ginger not yours." "I know mom but still.." "Ginger, God's timing."
I am so thankful my mom doesn't care I am an adult and still tells it like it is to me. If I didn't have that I would probably be moping all the time!:)

February puts me in a sour mood every year it does and it cracks me up because I am not one to mope over being single or cry over wanting my prince. Once in a while I will have my moments but for the most part I am fine being single.

Then Valentines comes around and I am surrounded by people who are madly in love and can't wait to give out their chocolates and jewelry and I feel that familiar twinge in my heart.

"When Lord? When will it be my turn?"

I then get a kind reminder from a dear friend in a form of an email.

What can I say. My heart melted and my eyes glistened.

Lord, I will wait for your timing.
